The people of the Port Vue United Methodist
Church are called to be disciples of Christ with faith in our hearts. We stand
firm and deeply rooted in God's love, sharing to all His promise of life
everlasting.
We envision a community:
- where the worship of God is central and
where all services, events and ministries are uplifted and under girded by
prayer;
- that meets the physical, emotional, and
spiritual needs of the members, the community, and the world;
- where we can learn and grow in our
knowledge of Jesus Christ and in our relationship with Him;
- where we can discover and use our
Spiritual Gifts in service ministry;
- of believers who are on fire for the
Lord and will go out into the community and the world to tell the Good News
of the Gospel.
